1ST Post in MARCH!

Hmm, working late again in the lab. Just touched down from the airport yesterday.

Even in Hong Kong, so many things happen.

Hard to pen but Thank God, that indeed all things work for good to those who love Him, to those who are called according to His purpose.

Well the pictures are not up yet. Took a look at them, some are a bit blurry coz I dropped my hp in the toilet. Sigh, guess it took the focus out. Hong Kong though is beautiful. The food is absolutely fabulous. Will post it up soon.

Had a attack of back soreness again. Shouldn't put again coz it was 2 years since I last had it. Wonder how it happened but it did. Was in class on tuesday, felt numbness in the leg and the next thing I knew, while getting up, I didn't feel good. By evening, things got worse. Told one of my colleague and she was gracious to get me painkillers and heat pad to relax my back muscle. Gave me some medication as well but it didn't work too well. Dinner came in the form of packet food. That was a tremendous heart-breaker. My colleagues all went out for dinner. They didn't told me what they ate when they came back. That's good coz it would indeed be a nail right through the stomach...

By Wednesday, it hurt badly and I couldn't walk upright. Somehow things like this can be in a way annoying, yet considering a lot things in perspective, it is just trivial annoyance. Commit to the Lord this pain and just ask for healing. Had to rush up during every break time during lesson back to the hotel room to rest. Every 10 min of rest on my back was like comfort never experienced before :p . Simple things like this could mean so much at moments like this. That evening the pain was very bad. I told my colleague that I remembered a medication that helped the last time..it is an ointment. She put on her sports shoes and rush to get it. Thank God for my colleague.

The amazing thing is this, once she got the ointment, my room mate applied it on my back. No sooner I applied the ointment on my back, one hour later, my back pain subsided to the point that I could get up and suggest why not have dinner outside instead? The night before my room mate got dinner for, alas being 9pm. Kind of starved.

Thank God, the healing came so fast. Almost felt like an annoiting of oil...Haha.. Too far fetched. The ointment that is.

That was the last time it hurt. Though it felt sore. Thursday morning came and I felt ok. The strain was there but I felt fine. Just amazing how things turned out. God just felt so real. That thursday night quiet time was superb.

The habour view in Hong Kong was superb as well. Spend Friday morning having my quiet time and had "yam cha" with 2 of my colleagues while the rest went to visit the HK police department forensic facilities. I went on Monday already so I was left kinda of alone. Decided to stroll down the habour. A gale of wind was blowing. Temperature was around 16C. Was at the habour at night on Monday as well. The view was scintillating beautiful. I promised I will post the pictures up. They are GORGEOUS.

Anyway, with the beautiful view, a quietness of heart, a look around the horizon, tall buildings, old ferries, high green mountain, time to pen a song. Did just that. Just completed the chords this morning. Beautiful song :) Memories to keep.

A week passed by so fast. God indeed has been wonderful. There are much things I reflected this week. It was a good week of rest away from hustle of routine things back home. So I am very glad that this week indeed was precious.

Thank God.
